Joseph Naboth, popularly known by his stage name "SOFYNE", also called "YARO MAI CASU (YMC)" and "Big Coded:, is a talented Nigerian music artist from Kaduna State, Nigeria. He hails from a creative and culturally rich village known as "Kaura (Ivikih) and is proudly Adara by tribe.
SOFYNE began his educational journey in Kaura, Kachia Local Government Area, where he completed his primary education. He proceeded to Government Secondary School, Kateri, for his junior secondary education, and later continued his senior secondary studies at "BrainsTrust International School College, Gonin Gora, Sabon Tasha, Kaduna.
Due to the economic hardships facing the country, SOFYNE was unable to further his formal education. However, his passion for music—one he had nurtured for years—became his new path. His musical journey officially began while he was in "JSS 3", when he released his first single titled “Be With You” in 2018.
The release of "Be With You" marked a turning point in his life, earning him admiration for his unique sound, strong vocals, and captivating vibes. Since then, SOFYNE has continued to grow in the music industry, consistently impressing listeners with his creativity and talent.
